Strong D rings, clips and buckles. Works well with no issues to my recollection.

Hasnt been on a dive since 2011 or so as I now prefer a different BCD. Of course can also be used for recreational diving.

The cheaper blue one may not function but intermittently but I believe the boxed LED one to be in prime condition.
