OCTO GEAR backplate, wing, harness and single tank adapter. I'm a diving instructor that used to run trainings for large groups of students. However, the current world climate has other ideas and my gig has been cancelled for the foreseeable future. My loss is your gain! These are not name brand, but decent copies.

Single tank adapter with 2 straps. Don't expect Halcyon, but these are great for the price. They all show some signs of use on the wings or harness. The harnesses have been cut. Expect size to be around a medium.
