It has integrated weight pockets (see pictures). This unit is in excellent shape, looks brand new. We bought this item brand new in 2014, and used it every year (for a week of diving per year, give or take) until some 4-5 years ago. It has been sitting in climate-controlled storage ever since.

It has been well taken care of, and holds air overnight. It might need to be serviced, but I can't tell.
