Has a leak around the dump valves (see pics). Will need to have adhesive replaced in that area, then tested to ensure it's functioning properly. I personally have used this BC and it worked perfectly.

While being stored (always indoors and rinsed with fresh water before storage) the adhesive became loose and separated around the dump valve so it must be fixed before next use.
